We work with most of the major insurance companies. However, there are so many different companies and so many different plans within each company that it is difficult to know all of the allowed fees. Prior to an examination we recommend that you review your benefits with a representative from your insurance company. We do not accept any HMO plans. We are ready to help in any way we can.
